享年五十七歲 南村人 (hoeng2 nin4 ng5 sap6 gau2 seoi3 naam4 cyun1 jan4)
Lived to the age of 57, native of Nancun (南村)

终 辛酉 十月 十贰日亡 Passed away on 10th Month 12th day of 辛酉 (Xīnyǒu).
This appears to be wrong and is more likely 十一月, 11th Lunar Month, which corresponds to the Gregorian date at the top of the headstone
