Lived to the age of 57, native of Nancun (南村)

终 辛酉 十月 十贰日亡 Passed away on 10th Month 12th day of 辛酉 (Xīnyǒu).
This appears to be wrong and is more likely 十一月, 11th Lunar Month, which corresponds to the Gregorian date at the top of the headstone

The 酉 you character is written in an extreme cursive form

The er character for number 2 is written as 贰 but in an abbreviated form. The former is used in financial transactions so it can't be changed.
